After you finish placing an order online, you will receive an order confirmation via email. You will receive a second update to the same email address confirming once your order has shipped, we usually ship within two days, however, if there is a delay in the order process we will contact you via email and/or phone to let you know the new shipping date.
Upon placing an order, you'll also have the option to sign up for text message notifications on the order confirmation page should you wish to receive updates via text/SMS.
Don't see your order confirmation email? Be sure that you entered your email address correctly and check your spam folder.
RETURNS
To ensure your complete satisfaction, you may return any order within 30 days for a full refund (free of charge). If you wish to do so or have any questions, please contact us through email us at orders@weaverscoffee.com and we can email you a free return label for the items you wish to return. Simply place the items in the box and apply the label to the package and return to us. We will refund you in full for the items you are returning.
