Weaver’s Coffee & Tea is the leader in best coffee for consumers and businesses. We are social entrepreneurs who donate to community organizations and global farmers.
We are authentic coffee roasters from the San Francisco Bay, and we love what we do. Our Master Coffee Roaster has been roasting coffee since 1980. He worked side by side with Alfred Peet and Sal Bonavita as a roasting apprentice from 1980 to 1984. Weaver was then the Master Coffee Roaster at Peet's Coffee for 27 years, until he left Peet’s Coffee in 2007 to start our company with Renee Brown, Michael Brown, and Bryce Inouye.
We feature the Best Coffee, which benefits our customer in being delicious, healthy, and good for the environment. We are Social Entrepreneurs who believe in giving back to our local economy and global economy. Locally, we donate a percentage of sales from three of our coffee's: Astral Blend Coffeeto Dr. Susan Love Research Foundation, Hakrz Delight Coffee to Black Girls Code and Pride Blend Coffee to SF AIDS Foundation. We also donate our time and pop up cafes to charity events across California. Globally, we source more than sixty percent of our coffee through Fair Trade Certified farms. The benefit to our customer is enjoying a delicious cup of coffee while giving back to charities and coffee farmers across the world.

Dr. Susan Love Foundation for Breast Cancer Research challenges the status quo to end breast cancer and improve the lives of people impacted by it now through education and advocacy. San Francisco AIDS Foundation promotes health, wellness, and social justice for communities most impacted by HIV, through sexual health and substance use services, advocacy, and community partnerships.
Fair Trade Certified™ products directly support a better life for farmers and farm workers in the developing world through fair prices, community development and environmental stewardship. Through Fair Trade, small farmer organizations market their own harvests through direct, long term contracts with international buyers, learn how to manage their businesses and compete in the global marketplace. For some products, Fair Trade welcomes estates and plantations that are committed to social responsibility, community development, and environmental stewardship to participate for the benefit of their workers.
